Engineer Andrew Daniel is a businessman and Egyptian engineer with over 20 years of experience in establishing new ventures and managing large-scale infrastructure projects in the telecommunications and renewable energy sectors in Egypt, Libya, and Bangladesh. Driven by his passion for mitigating the impacts of climate change, Andrew Daniel, alongside the company "Sullex" founded “IRSC” in 2011. IRSC specializes in the development of sustainable infrastructure projects in Africa, focusing on building integrated systems for renewable energy, temperature-controlled facilities, providing green transportation solutions, and water treatment. He is also a partner and board member of a leading company in metal forming manufacturing.

General Atef Yacoub is a distinguished individual in Egypt, having occupied prominent governmental roles and serving as the chairman of several private businesses in the country. Prior to joining Sullex as a board member, he held the position of Chairman at Clean Power Solutions. His leadership was notably recognized during his tenure as the head of the Consumer Protection Agency from 2011 to 2018. Additionally, he served as a former senior advisor to the Minister of Supply and Internal Trade, as well as the Minister of Transport, showcasing his extensive experience and expertise in various strategic advisory roles.

Magdy Ghazi

Magdy Ghazy, born on March 29, 1962, holds a bachelor's degree from Cairo University's Faculty of Engineering, Civil Department. With a career spanning several key roles at the Public Authority for Industrial Development, including Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Head of the Central Administration for private and public industrial zones, he served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the "General Authority for Industrial Development" from 2019 to 2020. Ghazy played a pivotal role in developing industrial lands, issuing industrial developer laws, and overseeing the completion of 13 new industrial complexes in 2020. In 2022, he assumed the role of Executive Director of Tarbol Industrial City, the largest industrial area in the Middle East.

Yasser Zazou

Engineer Yasser Zaazou, a graduate of Cairo University Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Class of 1986, currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and is a member of the Board at Fish Basket Company. Prior to assuming this role, he garnered 14 years of experience at Procter & Gamble in Germany and Egypt. Mr. Zaazou's professional journey includes significant leadership roles such as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Acrow Building Products, CEO & Member of the Board of Directors at Acrow Integrated Construction Solutions, and Member of the Board of Directors at Modern Agriculture Co. PICO. Additionally, he has contributed his expertise as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Maharat Bank NGO, among other strategic positions.

Dr. Dina Omar, a Cardiologist, Philanthropist, Healthcare Consultant, and Entrepreneur, holds Bachelor and Master's degrees in Medicine, Cardiology, and Hospital Management. She established her Management Consultancy firm in Egypt in 2014, contributing to projects across the MENA Region and Africa. With extensive international consultancy roles, including with the World Bank and WHO, she is a key member of Linea Group UK, focusing on solution development and business in the MENA Region and Europe. Currently, she leads social reform projects for the League of Arab States, impacting Disability, Elderly, Aging, Women, and Child issues, contributing to the development of regional strategies and classifications. Dr. Dina is also actively involved as a co-founder and advisor for various NGOs.

Mrs. Riad, an admitted lawyer before the Court of Appeal, boasts over 20 years of legal experience primarily focusing on Contracts, General Corporate matters, and Corporate Governance. With a wealth of knowledge spanning regions such as the U.S., EU, Asia, and MENA, she specializes in negotiating deals and facilitating corporate restructuring. Her expertise extends beyond law, encompassing commercial education and banking, making her a uniquely valuable asset to any corporate entity, further enhanced by her trilingualism and foreign educational background in International Business Law and ADR from the University of London and University of Massachusetts, respectively.
